The pleasure of chenin
Dry white wine from different Savennières terroirs and from a selection of juices in pressing process. Vinification and aging in barrels.
A lovely fruity bouquet: mango, white fruits. A subtle feeling attacks you with the vivacity and oiliness in your mouth at the same time. Pepper and spice notes with a mineral finish are emphasized.
Ideally served as an aperitif with a simple appetizer such as hot goat dishes.
Serve at 10-12°C, preferably after decanting. It can be consumed around 2-3 years.
