Shipping costs, mode and time of delivery

As soon as you place your order on the internet, payment is required to trigger delivery. Payments are made by credit card or bank transfer.

The delivery can be assured either directly by the domain (on the geographical area of the Angevine Metropolis) or by Viticolis/La Ruche Logistique (UPS certified boxes) or by carrier on pallet beyond 36 bottles. Departures from the domain are generally from Monday to Thursday.

The cost of delivery may vary depending on the number of bottles and the geographical location of the customer to be delivered. The shipping costs are free à from 400 € onwards d’purchase.

You will be asked for a telephone number so that the delivery person can contact you.

The delivery period starts upon receipt of the payment. The delivery in the deadlines can intervene only if the customer communicated to the salesman exact information on the co-ordinates of the recipient (Name, first name, address, postal code, city, country, codes, doors, N° of mobile or fixed telephone etc…).

Delivery is generally effective within 2 to 5 working days.

Exceeding the delivery time cannot give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation of orders in progress. However, if one month after written complaint of the customer, the goods have still not been delivered, the sale can be cancelled at the initiative of one or the other party. The customer will obtain restitution of his payment to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages, within a maximum period of one month.

Receipt of goods

The goods must be checked with the deliveryman in order to issue a reserve in case of deterioration of the packages and the goods.

The goods always travel at the risk of the consignee. Upon receipt of the goods, it is the responsibility of the recipient to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to make any necessary observations in case of breakage, damage or missing items, by expressing his reservations on the delivery slip, and within 48 hours after receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier, with a copy to the seller, in order to preserve its rights.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold on this website.

If a taste of cork came to denature the product, we proceed to the replacement of the bottle in the 12 months following the sale on our website. For this, please send us the cap.
